How should I clean my backdrop? 

We recommend cleaning with a damp soft cloth. We prefer microfiber cloths and a little water. 

How long does it take to get my order? 

Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days, and standard shipping normally arrives within 3 - 5 days after processing. We recommend ordering your backdrop with a minimum of one week before you shoot. 

Help, I need my order sooner!

No problem, we offer 2-day or overnight shipping. When ordering rush shipping, please put what date you need your order by so we can ensure it gets to you by then. Can you make other sizes? 

We can! We can make backdrops up to 60" in width and over 20 feet in length. If you desire a wider width then you can connect 2 pieces together and we will provide seam tape to adhere them together once they arrive.

Can you print my own custom image on a backdrop? 

Absolutely! Just shoot us the image via email studiocosita@gmail.com and we will print it to whatever size you need.

What happpens if my order is delayed? 

Allow for potential delivery time variations and minor delays by placing your orders ahead of time. We can not be held responsible for delayed shoots due to last minute orders. 

What happens if my backdrop arrives damaged? 

If your backdrop arrives damaged, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via email with photos to studiocosita@gmail.com. Although we thoroughly inspect each backdrop before dispatch to ensure pristine condition, we acknowledge the rare occurrence of damages and are committed to offering a replacement or credit promptly.

Will my backdrop look exactly like it does on my screen? 

Every single computer screen is different. However, we assure you that our backdrops are meticulously crafted to appear remarkable and closely align with their online representations.

What happens if my package is marked as “Delivered” but I didn't receive it?

Once a package is scanned as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. If your package is missing after being marked as delivered, please:

  1. Check with neighbors, household members, or your building management in case it was accepted on your behalf.

  2. Look around your property — sometimes carriers leave packages in hidden or protected spots.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation. We’re happy to provide tracking details to help you file a claim.

Please note that Cosita Backdrops is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery. We recommend choosing a shipping option with insurance or signature confirmation for higher-value orders.

If your package appears lost in transit (not marked as “Delivered”), we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
